Hole-In-One Challenge — Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 August 2026 · version 2026-08-10. By paying to participate in the Bogey Bros Hole-In-One Challenge, each participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Entry Fee
Entry to the Hole-In-One Challenge is $10 per booked simulator hour.
Payment of the challenge fee allows eligible hole-in-one attempts during that booked hour, provided all attempts are made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Payment of the entry fee does not guarantee a prize or successful attempt.
2. Designated Challenge Hole
The official Hole-In-One Challenge hole will be displayed in the simulator bay.
To access the challenge in GSPro:
- Practice Mode → On-Course Practice → Search “Bogey Bros Hole-In-One Challenge”
Only attempts made on the official designated challenge hole will be considered valid.
3. Required Simulator Settings
For an attempt to be eligible, the simulator and GSPro settings must remain on the approved challenge settings at all times. The required settings are listed in the table below.
Participants must not alter, override, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with any of the required simulator, course, gameplay, launch monitor, or challenge settings.
Any variation from the approved settings will automatically void the attempt.

4. No Tampering
Any attempt to tamper with the simulator, GSPro software, launch monitor, challenge configuration, course settings, ball-tracking system, recorded footage, or any other equipment or software associated with the challenge will result in the attempt being declared void.
Bogey Bros reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, interference, exploitation of a software or hardware issue, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of the challenge.
5. Hole-In-One Verification
A displayed hole-in-one is not automatically considered a winning attempt.
Every prospective winning attempt must be reviewed and verified by the Bogey Bros team.
Verification will include:
- A clear photo of the GSPro screen showing the successful hole-in-one; and
- Review of the Bogey Bros simulator bay footage covering the relevant attempt.
Additional simulator, booking, software, or system information may also be reviewed where necessary to confirm the validity of an attempt.
The participant must ensure that the successful attempt is reported to the Bogey Bros team promptly so that the relevant evidence can be preserved and reviewed.
6. Valid Attempts
For a hole-in-one to be accepted as an official winning attempt:
- The participant must have paid the applicable challenge entry fee;
- The attempt must take place during the participant’s eligible booked hour;
- The official Bogey Bros challenge hole must be used;
- All required challenge settings must be correct;
- The shot must be captured sufficiently by the simulator and bay recording systems;
- The GSPro result must show a valid hole-in-one; and
- The attempt must pass Bogey Bros’ verification process.
Failure to satisfy any of these requirements will result in the attempt being void.
7. Technical Issues
Bogey Bros is not responsible for unsuccessful or unverifiable attempts caused by simulator errors, software issues, tracking errors, camera failures, power interruptions, internet/network issues, equipment malfunction, or other technical problems outside reasonable control.
Where a potential winning attempt cannot be reliably verified, Bogey Bros may declare the attempt void.
8. Final Verification
All prospective winning attempts are subject to review before a winner is officially confirmed.
Bogey Bros’ decision regarding compliance with the challenge settings, validity of an attempt, and verification of a prospective hole-in-one will be final, subject to any rights participants may have under applicable law.
No prize will be awarded until the relevant attempt has been successfully verified.
9. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the Hole-In-One Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the simulator is displaying the correct challenge settings before making an attempt.
If the settings have been altered for any reason, participants should notify a Bogey Bros team member before continuing the challenge.
Any attempt made using settings that differ from the official Bogey Bros Hole-In-One Challenge settings will not be eligible to win.
Important
A hole-in-one shown on GSPro does not automatically qualify as a winning attempt. All winning attempts must be verified using the GSPro result and Bogey Bros bay footage, and all official challenge settings must be confirmed. Bogey Bros reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the challenge where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
