2. Receive Your Entry Code
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique entry code via email. This grants you exclusive access to the bay during your session.

3. Walk in & Play
Head to Bogey Bros @ NEWest #01-41, key in your code, and step into your private simulator bay. No staff, no interruptions — just you, the screen, and your swing.

4. Enjoy Your Session
Practice your swing, play full courses, or challenge your friends. Our system is easy to use, and instructions are available inside.

5. Wrap Up & Leave
Your code expires after your session — As the space is fully unmanned, we kindly ask that you leave the bay clean and ready for the next golfer. Let’s keep Bogey Bros enjoyable for everyone!
Usage guidelines
Maximum Capacity:
Each booking permits a maximum of 4 guests in the simulator bay at any one time. This includes both players and non-players. This limit ensures a comfortable and safe experience for all users, and prevents damage to equipment or overcrowding.
General Guidelines:
- One player should swing at a time to avoid injury and equipment damage.
- Guests must respect the space and equipment. Please avoid leaning on or touching the screen and sensors.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the bay. Resealable bottles are fine.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Any damage to equipment due to negligence or improper use will be charged to the booking party.
Noise & Behavior:
- Please keep noise levels reasonable as a courtesy to nearby units.
- Any form of abusive, reckless, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
Time Management:
- Please start and end your session on time to avoid disruption to other guests.
- The door access code will expire 10 minutes after your session ends. Staying beyond your time may incur penalties.
By booking, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all Bogey Bros guests.
